At Areslan Tours (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for bookings made through our website, areslantours.com.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
1.1 Cancellation Deadlines and Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled tour or service date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2 and 3 days before the scheduled tour or service date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled tour or service date are non-refundable.
1.2 How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to resa@areslantours.com. Please include your booking reference number and contact details.
2. Changes or Modifications by the Customer
2.1 Rescheduling Requests:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 3 days before the scheduled tour or service date will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service date may incur a change fee of 10%.
2.2 Request Submission: Requests for changes or modifications must be submitted in writing via email to resa@areslantours.com.
3. Cancellation by Areslan Tours
3.1 Reasons for Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.
3.2 Refund Policy for Our Cancellations:
- In the event that Areslan Tours cancels a booking, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional costs.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
4.2 Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. No-Shows
Failure to appear at the designated meeting point on the scheduled tour or service date will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Force Majeure
Areslan Tours is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or issue credits for future bookings.
